wht ever is hard for 10 reps with perfect form. if u can do the 15's do them. but if u lose form or cnt get them then use the 10's and work up to the 15's
well it really depends on how many reps you do with 10 pound dumbbells and how many you do with 15 pound dumbbells. if you can do over 12 skull crushers with a 10 pound dumbbell I would say you should move up to 15 pound dumbbells.
