i do yoga every once in a while and the only asanas i easily do are back stretches like the wheel pose ,bow pose,bridge,camel,cobra,and cat series.im going to be taking martial arts very soon and need easier stretches i can do every day because yoga isn't helping.no pilates either.got any websites

thats really easy, I used to dance all the time, and i became the most flexible in the class, but really all you have to do is stretch, everyday, morning preferbally becuase it actullay feels really good thenand after a week you really are more flexible!
