Question:

When my dental plan says Resin, 1 surface, 2 surface, 3 surface, 4 surface. What's a surface?

I don't understand what a surface is. I know I need to have fillings and am shopping for dental insurance.

Answer:

Get some 1/2 inch PVC pipe. They sell all sorts of elbow type fittings to go with the pipe. Cut pipe to any size you want and push into fittings. Cover frame with a large clear plastic bag. A cookie sheet will serve as a drip pan. All you really have to do is think of how the pieces will fit together and get the right parts.
Ther are so many piping materials as well as fittings. There are materials for variuos usage. For low and high temperatures, type of fluid to be handle, pressures and other factors. You can check at Mark's Mechanical Engineering and Piping handbooks for details. Its quite many to discuss here.
I disagree, they are there to protect pedestrians for their safety, there are way too many people who think they are above the law and fail to realise that when it says you should do 30MPH you should do 30MPH - there is a genuine reason for this and you should respect the law.
