i want to plead not guilty because i was in my car while parked in front of the fire hydrant. i just had fell asleep from a long day of work [11am-2am] .. and supposably if your in your car i think u can fight the ticket but i need help . i want to write a letter but i dont no how to go by doing it ..is there any way i can get out of this messs .. i dont have money to pay for something so dum (so stressed)
