I have a 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix GT. A few months ago, my SRS Airbag light came on. How do I fix this?

ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS:My Low Coolant occassionally comes on.anddd my Air Conditioning/Heater only works on the highest setting. ANY SOLUTIONS?!?!? THANKS!!!!

Answer:

SRS Airbag light came on. You don't fix it. You get a pro to work on it. Because there's an explosive charge in there, there's are risk of serious bodily damage. So only a trained AND experienced mechanic should work on the AIRBAG system Good Luck.
take the car and have auto zone scan the computer,its free, chances are its just sensor that's bad for the air abs system in it, as for the low coolant light those have sensor that goes bad that will cause that light to come on,and for the heater problem you may have a bad blower motor resistor on it bad that will make the heater motor only run on a certain speed,most of these are minor problems though and should be able to be corrected with not to much cost involved,good luck.
You have a coolant leak, open the reservoir when it is cool and it will likely be empty. If it is, try refilling it, then search for the leak. The air bag light could be the sensor, could be a fault in the bag, or could be the sign of a failing alternator. Don't screw with it, airbags are dangerous, and should only be worked on by trained technicians.
