I have a gas grill,,, Has anyone used a smoker box/tray in their gas grill to get charcoal flavor?
I use hickory chips all the time in my gas grillSoak the chips in water for about an hourMake a package of aluminum foil and place the chips in the centerWrap the foil around like a pillow and secure tightly and poke several holes in it and place under the gratesAllow it to smoke before grilling your food! Keeping the cover closed is advised!
