HiNo, a mineral block won't hurt either. He'll probably love it. My horses have them out in the pasture and in their stalls off and on. Though the mineral block is not a must for the goat or the donkey, so it's up to you if you want them to have it. I've found that my mare seems to urinate a lot more when she has the block and therefore has a messier stall though so I only give them here and there as treats.
i admire #a million considering it is a broken goat and it has a tattoo of it is own it is super-gorgeous.yet i might like it extra effective if the line artwork became extra acceptable love it is in #3. #3 could be my 2d selection over all.
minerals made for goats should have more copper in it than may be good for horses or donkeys. But, I really don't know for sure. I would see if you could find a good livestock nutritionist to talk to. Many feed mills have them and some vets are very well versed in nutrition. You might also be able to do some research on horses and copper toxicity on the web. Check to see just exactly what is in your mineral mix because it's possible that it is exactly the same mix that you'd normally give to your donkey.
