Question:

I have a new bed and now back pain?

A couple of weeks ago I moved into my sister's room (as she's now moved out and it's much bigger than my old room,) so I am now using her double bed. My old bed was a single and I never had a problem with it but since sleeping on the double bed, my back has been in pain whenever I bend down or stretch the wrong way. What can I do to stop the back pain?I think it's the bed that's causing my back pain, I have a lot of stress and anxiety at the moment so I'm not really sure if thats doing it like Psychologically Induced Pain, would be the cause.

Answer:

It may take time to adjust with different bed, if u are not comfortable with it , u can use ur previous bed
If you can't replace the mattress, you might want to place a pillow under your stomach. This is what I've been doing for the past 10 years. My husband brought a mattress that is as hard as stone. Believe me! He actually placed a table on the mattress to change the light bulb. When I sleep on my back, I dream that I am in labor. And when I wake up in the morning, my back always hurts.
her bed is not a new bed, it is a different bed. If you can, buy a new bed for yourself, asap. Also go see a chiropraftor, your back is out and needs to be realigned. The new bed will help it to stay in the correct position. Carry a smaller pocketbook.
