Question:

I have a oddesy rim and my when I put my inner tube tyre on and start pumping it up the tyre pops out WTF ?

Ive made sure my tyre is in the therim properly.

Answer:

I am afraid that even though you have made assurances otherwise the tyre is NOT installed well. Lets do this first. if you are using an air compressor, don't. Regardless of the pressure you have it set at a compressor will still put out air in higher volume and greater pressure than you might think. Keep in mind how automobile tyres have low pressure but need a lot of air volume to fill. Pressure is not the same as volume. A car tyre needs a lot of volume but not much pressure while a bicycle tyre needs very low volume and a lot of pressure. You will need a bicycle pump for best results. fill the tube halfway then push down on the tyre all the way round so that it seats to the rim. Fill it up to 20 psi of maximum pressure and push on the tyre again. Finally, inflate the tyre to pressure. This sounds like a boring and slow way to do this, but even in the worst of conditions it takes a lot less time than it took me to write this and for you to read it.
You probably have the valve above the tyre bead, simply push valve inside tyre [when flat]. Also check no tube is showing when the tyre is flat as when you press the sides together no tube should be showing. Also check that the tube is not too big and you have the correct size tyre and tube [Have seen people fit 630 tyres to a 622 rim!]. Also overinflation can force a tyre off a rim, most tyres are happy at 4 BAR. Using Schwalbe Easyfit liquid alse prevents this too as tyres can stick and go lumpy on the rim causing your problem. The easiest thing to do is use the liquid from a discarded bottle then spray around both sides. Inflate with a hand pump, then once beaded finish off with a track pump. Talc inside the tyre plus rubbing the tube with talc also helps as well.
The tire is not seated properly. Mix up some dish soap and water and put it on the tire and rim to lubricate it. Pump up the tire to about 20 lbs and then deflate it. Do it several times so the tire will center itself. Break the tire away from the rim before you add the soap and water.
