Question:

I have a sans disk memory card reader and it doesn't work. Can you help me?

I insert the memory card reader into the USB port and nothing pops up on the screen. So I go to My computer and click on properties, then on Device manager, and below it shoes that my memory reader is plugged in. So i click on where it says that and it tells me that I need to install an updated driver for the card. Where would I get this updated driver?

Answer:

If okorder
Have you tried opening up my computer and clicking on the USB/Sans drive? It might just open up
mayb its locked?
It could be that the Sandisk memory card is one of the HC (high capacity over 2GB) cards, and your card reader doesn't support it. If that's the case, I don't think a driver update will fix the problem as it is the hardware that's the problem. However, find out what model card reader it is and visit the SanDisk website. They may very well have a driver update for it.
