Question:

Ballerinas : Therabands and Bunheads?

I have heard that you can improve your arches with Therabands and Bunheads. I've done a lot of Google-ing and still can't find what I'm looking for.(i) How do you use a Theraband to help your arches?(ii) What are Bunheads for and how can they help your arches?Thank you!!

Answer:

They can do whatever they like. You're on *their* property; you're not at home, kid. Deal.
How are you aware he didn't get your pace??? Please inform me that! Have you ever ever heard of them doing a tag team type of thing? A sting operation? One will get the radar out, the opposite will pull them over (and genuinely, I've visible 4 or 5 doing the pulling over). And they may be able to fully nail you within the reverse course. That is almost always the nice option to get anyone (until they are sitting with laser). The radar unit sits on their dash and picks up automobiles as they passIt really works both while sitting/hiding someplace and even at the same time the cruiser is moving. What I in finding rejected is the fact that you're simply admitting to going forty five. Where i am at, that is nonetheless above the velocity restrict even when the tuition zone lights don't seem to be in effect!! You could attempt to combat it.However in view that it is in a college zone, they could also be sticklers about itAs they should be!
It sounds like you've already made up your mind on the matter. I think that, in general, we have unreasonable ideas about safety. (This is not limited to the United States, though.) We try to make things as safe as possible and lose a lot in the process. Instead, we should make things as safe as reasonably practicabletake precautions that make sense and actually make us safer, but which don't cost too much in time, effort, or opportunity. A lot of the things we do today are focused on making us *feel* safe, rather than actually making us safer. Most of the security at the airport is what is called security theater, for exampleit makes everyone think an awful lot is being done about security, but in reality it's not all that useful.
One time, when I was in high school, my teacher took my cell phone away from me. So after school ended, I stayed behind and went to check and see if she happened to leave her classroom door unlocked. It was unlocked. So I walked in, opened the drawer of her desk, saw my cell phone, picked it up, put it in my pocket and walked out. My friend was surprised, he was like You got balls. If she had mentioned it, I was just gonna say something like What? You lost my cell phone?? But I'd never heard about it since. Just do what I did. If she locks the door, just check it every day. She will probably forget one day. The day she forgets, just do what I did. In fact take all the flash drives and give them back to ALL the students who they belong to (except for those who would rat you out) Doing that would probably make you pretty popular.
