What goes well with my pink curtains..??the shade of my curtains kind of looks like this.
Cream goes very well with Pink and is neutral enough if you ever get tired of the pink curtains. Any color that is darker than white or cream will make a room look smaller..remember that. What you can do is match that pink and paint the opposite wall the same pink and leave the other walls cream or white.
youcan have light green walls, white or cream would give it a princessy look and plus you can change the curtains whenever you like and you wont have to paint over and over again.Good Luck =D
maybe use the magenta shade that is like the horses hair color as the wall color... or a softer shade of pink would look nice too.
It depends on your style, the room and the rest of your house: If your house is neutral, then you may want to opt for a soft cream. (stick to flat paints on any of these colors if you live in an older home because they will hide imperfections better). If you like trendy, pink and chocolate brown are a good combo. It is best to go with a shade that best matches the tone of the pink (the lightness or darkness / color saturation). If you like a little more adult look, try a light charcoal gray. It will make the room look more tailored. This may not be the best option if you have a lot of frilly items in your room because it is a little more refined. Also, may not be the best choice if the room is dark to begin with. Finally, if you would like to go a little more adventurous, try a Tiffany box blue or aqua. It could go anywhere from classic Miami chic to cutting edge depending on the shade you choose and your furniture and accessories. If you go this route and you want to make it more modern than retro, find some darker saturated pink and blue/aqua accessories to scatter around the room such as vases or art pieces. Well im painting my room Chocolate Brown. On one of the Chocolate brown walls in putting Hott pink, light pink, and white polka dots (in various sizes). I found a reversable hott pink and light pink for my comforter. Im gonna but brown pillows (that have designs on them) on my bed to bring in the brown. gonna get a light pink rug and a pink chair. Im also putting a huge D (FOR MY NAME BUT U WOULD USE UR FIRST LETTER OF UR NAME) (in white) on a wall between my 2 closets in fancy writting. Thats what im doing with my room. Maybe it'll work for you too.
