the motor was connected to three phase source but now I want to connect it to the single phase source how can I make this
Not my specialty, but I think you can not. It would not start on a single phase source and might burn out. Though I believe it is correct, but I would like to see a better answer than this.
1] If you connect the two lines of a single phase power feed to two of the leads on a 3 phase motor it will not run and will burn out. 2] Your ONLY choice is to make 3 phase. 3] You can do that two ways; one is to get a VFD
