I cannot find a wy to access the control panel on my computer. I hate Windows 7, nowhere as good as XP . There is no place to get to tools, either. Windows robbed people with thiis garbage system.
I've web site and click on the Support and Download section. Search for, download, and install a program called Microsoft Intellipoint. It's Microsoft's software that controls any mouse you attach to a Windows computer. It should solve your problem IF the problem is software related. Otherwise head to Staples or Walmart and get a nice new mouse for $20.

In order not to be able to be cut off it would have to be made of tong stun or a very hard metal that would be so costly that it would be worth more than what is in your locker.Unless you plan on filling your locker with cocaine.
