I live in a rented house and we have found out that clearly this house is not properly insulated.It can be 68 degrees outside but be 81 inside the house.The air conditioning works, but there is an added room on this house that the owners said could be a den.It clearly was built wrong because it is extremely hot in that room.The room connects to the living room which makes the living room hot as well.the only cool rooms are the bedrooms.Just a month ago when it was raining, one of the rooms had a leak from the ceiling.The guy came in and fixed it saying that attic was once on fire and the previous owners never fixed it.Now my question is, if i call the owners of this house complaining about the fact that there is clearly no insulation in this house, do you think they will raise the rent?If they fix it?;-;
