Stuff Cornish Hens with wild rice stuffing and bake in the oven, exactly as you would a chickenTiming will vary according to size, but take less time than a chicken, so maybe 45 minutes on 325 or so.
I do the same.Hot sauce and butter.The one below is a nice change Chicken Wings 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce 1/2 cup soy sauce 1 tsp garlic powder 1 cup water 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup oil 1 tsp brown ginger 1 cup pineapple juice 5 lbs chicken wings Mix together all ingredients except chicken wingsMarinate chicken wings in mix overnightTake out of marinade and bake on greased cookie sheet 1 hour at 350 degrees FIf reheating on grill, put in foil pan, cover with aluminum foil and grill till hot.
