Question:

I'm 13, and terrified of being home alone (READ DESCRIPTION)?

I'm a 13 year old girl and terrified to be home alone. Up until I was 10-ish I loved be home alone, but now the minute I'm home alone my hands and legs are shaking. I check every single window and door constantly, not doing anything else. All windows and doors are locked. I'm scared whether it's night or day and I know it needs to stop but I can't help it. I can't do anything to make myself not scared. I have called friends, read a book, watched movies, but I can't distract myself. Nothing distracts me while I'm home alone. I'm scared to death somebody is going to break in. And I won't know what to do. All the home alone courses around me are for kids under 12, so I can't take a home alone course. I have a dog, but even that doesn't reassure me. Please, help me or give me tips for when I'm home alone to calm myself.

Answer:

Dogs are born with cloths.Daaah.
I don't think it's cruel but they don't need them. That's why they have fur. In the winter it would be fine, or if your dog chills easily. (What kind of dog is it)
Hi! I had the same problem. I actually didn't start taking pills till I was like 18. I am 23 now What I do is eat something small first so that I have to swallow the food, then I put the pill in my mouth and wash it down with some soda or juice instead of water. I kinda trick myself into swallowing it since I believe it is still food or somethingSorry if it sounds crazy, but it always works for me. Good luck!!!! ) That pill crusher is the same thing I used to do, it tastes gross!!! Great idea though! )
I think they would like to have clothes (nothing that irritates them) on the winter, but otherwise, no! Keep it original
