Ok, heres how it all lays out; I like:-Chicken/turkey/brisket (but not steaks or burgers)-beans (pinto, kidney, black)-potato (baked-cheese/dairy (minus yogurt and milk)-rice/pasta/breadThere isn't a vegetable I've found I can stomachPlease don't suggest wheat pastaI've tried them and can eat wheat raviolis and thats itI've never tried tofu and I'm a little afraid of itIf you can maybe suggest ways to cook it and have it taste like something I'll try thatAlso on the vegetables, if theres a way to cook them or coat them to where they don't taste terrible, please shareI'm desparateI'm 26 with high cholesteral (no surprise with the way I eat, eh?) and I have a daughter I need be a good example forPlus I need to keep healthy because if something happens to me, she has no onePlease please PLEASE help me help myself.

Sausage Queso in the crock pot is one of my favorites A block of Velveeta, a can of Rotel tomato's, and 1lb of ground sausage should do itYou can season it with whatever you like as wellI put garlic in everything Another favorite of mine is homemade jalapeno poppers Slice the jalapeno's lengthwise and get all the stuff out of themFor the filling, mix together 8oz package cream cheese, a little shredded cheddar, and I like to use some bacon bits tooThe fill each pepper with the mixtureFor the breading, dip each filled pepper in milk, then dip it in flourLet dry (about 5 minutes) then redip them in milk and roll them in bread crumbsFry them up for 3-5 minutes in oil, and you're good to go!
