Question:

I'm baking some delicious chocolate brownies and.?

I'd like to know if it's okay to bake them in a glass pan instead of an aluminum foil panWould the glass crack, melt, or get ruined under the heat? (325 degrees faranheit)

Answer:

It's pretty much an all in one recipe, but the suggestion of a steamed veggie is a good oneI would add a few more spices, it's a little blandSome thinly sliced onions add on top Add some oregano or basil Add some garlic Put in a covered pan and bake I don't use breasts, they are to dry for meI prefer thighs.
Yeah, it says cover and bake so I would use foilIf the chicken is already skinless boneless, just a rinse under cold water is enough prep for itSince it's a creamy main dish, i would make either cooked broccoli, or carrots, or some basic vegetable or 2 with it:0)

What you should do is look at the bottom - it will say something like do not use on stove top or broiler - it is OK to use in oven - Pyrex is definitely safe for oven use - I hope this helps
Do I cover it with foil when I bake it? The recipe says to cover it, so unless you're baking it in a baking dish that has a matching cover, cover it with foilDo I need to do anything to the chicken before it goes in the oven? You could season it first with a little kosher salt and pepperYou could also try poking some holes in it so the flavor from the sauce gets in easilyWhat sides would be good with this? Since the recipe already includes a starch (rice) , I'd serve it with a steamed vegetableBroccoli and asparagus and my favorites :)
