So I just need to build a model cameramade out of cardboard and stuff (craft supplies)It just needs to be a standard camera with a lensWhere do I start? What do I use for the different parts?How do I build it?I know it's a lot to ask but any help wouldbe so amazing!Please Thanks

Hey girlie i know exactly what you mean and I am a crosscountry runner as well and i suffer a slow metabolism also! so heres just a few ideas! Ok So : 1) drink green tea! it has been proven to speed up metabolisms 2) ok so this will seem wierd since you are a long distance runner but try doing 1minute sprint intervals this will not only speed your metabolism but it will help you burn tons of calories! 3) water throughout the ENTIRE day! this will keep your digestive system going throughout the day with keep your metabolism going 4) EAT FIBER! fiber passes through your body quickly which increases the speed of your metabolism 5) build muscle in your stomachpeople who have muscly stomachs tend to have faster metabolism because the muscle is burning calories 6) KEEP RUNNING!!!! running speeds up metabolisms! ~I hope this helped you out girlie :)

If not, it's not hard at allGet some heavy corrugated cardboard (like a heavy box you can cut up) and some black spraypaintGet a pill bottle or other small plastic jarEven a small plastic cup like soft drink mix comes in would workIf it's not clear, get some aluminum foil to cover it so it's shinyMake the box part of the camera firstGlue The jar to the frontWrap a strip of cardboard around it (the strip should be the same size as the jar, so it sticks out the same distance) and glue or tape it in placeIf your jar is clear, cover the clear end that shows with masking tapeAdd any little viewfinders or other details to your camera with the cardboard scrap piecesOnce it's all together, spraypaint it blackWhen the paint's dry, remove the masking tape from the clear endIf you don't have a clear jar, wait unitl the paint is dry, and then cover it with shiny aluminum foilPut a little piece of foil inside the viewfinder piece, too, if you likeIf you have any, add some special touches with a little silver or white paint.
