i'm 13 and i really want to lose weight but safel and to keep it off!i'm 13 and i weight 115lb 4'8!but i 'm active too not like all fatty or chabby! i just want to lose 20lb in 3-4 months! please help me! write what should i eat and what not to eat!! and do as workout!! thanks so much!!lt;3 Maria
