I found the book to be very informative and easy to readI've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quicklyI will admit I haven't followed the guide exactlyI'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd loseSo thanks again for the informationI've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surpriseGet started today!
I've been on a low-carb diet for about 7 years it works sooo well! I lost at least 50lbson it, maybe more, in only 3 months! I have been able to keep it offI eat only 20 carbs, or less, a day I keep a mini notebook where I write down the date, what day it is how many carbs I've eaten, so far, as I go on throughout my day, just to make sure I don't go over 20 carbsso don't be fooled by the atkins notebook-type-things they sell that are similar to thisI eat a lot of salad, eggs, tuna, baked chicken, celery, bacon, slim jims, etcI wouldn't start eating nuts, yet, though, if I was youI didn't eat any type of nut when I first started the dietI don't even call what I do the atkins dietjust a low-carb dietI haven't eaten those frozen meals, yet but I probably won't ever because they're just so expensiveI sometimes eat the bars drink the shakes they sell but only once a day cause the bars are like $6 or $7 a box! ntm, eating drinking things with artificial sweeteners only makes you crave sweet products, like cake or candy, even morenot goodanother thing you should know when you start a low-carb diet is that when you look at the nutrition facts on something, you take all of the carbs that product contains you minus the dietary fiber the sugar alcohol that said product contains because both of those do not impact your blood sugar, so you don't count those carbs, cause they won't make you gain weight, only count what is leftover after you do that math those would be your net carbsI don't minus anything that just says fiber, only dietary fiber, so be careful of that look closelyalso, some products will only have dietary fiber no sugar alcohol.that's okay, then you only minus the dietary fiber.
Eat a sound dietThese are high fiber dietsIt's easy, just google it! No need to go on a crazy dietAlso, don't stick to these foods ONLY, your stomach won't like you! High Fiber Foods: Grain Products: whole grain breads, buns, bagels, muffins Bran Flakes, All Bran, bran Buds, Corn bran, whole wheat Shreddies, 100% Bran and Fiber 1 Cooked cereal such as Red River nad Oat Bran whole-wheat pastas whole grains such as barley, popcorn, corn and brown rice Fruits: dried fruits such as apricots, dates, prunes and raisins berries such as blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries oranges, apple with skin, avocado, kiwi, mango and pear Vegetables: broccoli, spinach, swiss chard, green peas and other dark green leafy vegetables dried peas and beans such as kidney beans, lima beans, black-eyed beans, chick peas and lentils Nuts and Seeds: nuts and seeds such as almonds, whole flaxseed and soynuts
