dont throw some expensive stuff at me though, cause ive got the basics and thats about it in my house, like garlic powder, onion powder etcwe dont have fresh anything loleverything canned and all the spices are salt pepper and ground powders.i dont think i have anything to coat the tilapia in to fry them, except regular flour idk how well that would work though.but i do have most the ussual stuff you find in your house such as eggs milk etcany simple recipesand marinades you know of for tilapia either baking or pan frying would help me aloti also want it to be kinda healthyand for a side i really wanted to do somthing with brown ricebut idk what so if you have any brown rice recipes that'd help too :)
