Question:

Can the wiring harness from a 1991 single turbo mazda Rx7 work in my 1993 twin turbo rx7?

I need a new wiring harness for my rx7 and idk if this one will work?

Answer:

no, the computers in those 2 cars are different. the are 2 diff. generations of rx7s. in order to use a wireing harness for a diff generation car/motor the car must have the motor/ecu to match the wireing harness. hope this helps.
Like Old Man Dirt said, it most likely wouldn't be worth the cost. If your stock FD turbos are in good shape, chances are that you'd be better off leaving it as-is until one or both of them go south. And when that time comes, it really depends on what your power goals are, what you want to do about an intercooler (stock one is horrible about heat soaking). Read up on the rx7club to get a better idea of what you want in a single turbo conversion.
