It could be anything from forklift, glasses, gloves, running machines. all on safety.
Usually at a music/instrument store as this is used to rosen a string instruments' bow.
Go to your system preferences (apple upper left corner), then to the Universal Access control panel, 4th row from top. Then under Display make sure it is black on white and the contrast is normal. Voice over zoom are off.
