I'm doing a little DIY project, and I'm in a small dilemma. I plan to drill a hole into a plastic bottle cap (like the ones on 2-liter bottles), and stick some vinyl tubing through it. I need an adhesive to glue the two parts together, but it also has to be strong, waterproof, and airtight. What would you recommend?
I'd use a silicone sealant, it has lots of strength and flexibility.
