i need to measure out lime(calcium chloride) for a research paper?

would ml be acceptable or does that only apply to liquids? i have dolorite lime in powder form. if its not ml then what would the scientific measurement for it?

im not an expert but i don't think there's a big difference between a lemon and a lime
To me they taste entirely different. However, many people will prefer the lemon. Just don't use too much. Also, if it's mainly to keep the guacamole from turning black (from oxidation, I think it would be), famous chef John Ash said that we can run the avocado under water, that would do the trick just as well as lemon or lime. It seems very strange to me, but I've heard him say it several times. So then, you would only add as much lemon for flavor as you like. I think I've seen some recipes using lemons others using lime. I prefer lime or just plain avocado, but guacamole using either lemon or lime no doubt works best for a group eating tortilla chips.
