Question:

I often get (electric) shocks when I hold metal doors or filing cabinet, or anything metal.?

There were times also that when I hold other peoples hand, they get (electric) shock from me. Sometimes, it even produced quot;buzzquot; sound. Why is that? Whats the probable cause of it?

Answer:

u have power inside urself
Static electricity!I get it too all the time in the summer. I can't touch car doors, metal stair rails. One time on holiday me and my boyfriend kept getting it from an elevator and he shocked my a**! Also got it from a trampoline.
Change your shoes. Shocks are caused by you gaining static charge as you move around. This can only happen if you are well insulated from the ground - dry air, insulating footwear or carpet. There is not much you can do about the carpets (you can have them srpayed with an antistatic agent), but you can change your shoes - non-synthetic soles are best.
you're well insulated. Therefore when you collect charge from moving around, you don't lose it very easily. Then you touch something, a door, or metal that is a very good conductor....you lose the charge in the form of static electricity. walking around on plastics will do the trick...turf, trampolenes, synthetic carpeting. As they are very willing to give you charge that they have built up, and if you're well insulated...you start collecting it.
