Weight Loss Help?!?

I really want to go down from 200 to about 150-170 pounds by at least August, if not sooner.What excercises should I be doing? Foods I should be eating? Supplements/Proteins i should be taking?Anything that will tone me up give me muscle.I'm a 16 year old male.Thanks.
