I think I ate too much fiber!?

So for the past two days for breakfast, I've been eating Quaker Oats Instant Oatmeal High FiberNow I'll have two packets which equals out to 80% daily intake of fiber! I dont think I've ever had that much fiber before becuase now I have loose bowls for the past 2 daysIs it just because my body isn't used to this much fiber? Isnt fiber supposed to clog you up not loosen you up?
