Get a small box not exceeding the 3 X 3 X 1 criterion and fill it with Jello mix to make Jello block of that shape and size in it. Then use your popsicle sticks to make another such box, use the Jello block as your miscellaneous material, place the egg in the Jello (you might have to push the egg in gently), and the Jello in your new box. Use the notebook paper to make a parachute to further slow the fall.
