Question:

I want to bend aluminium rod (sharp angle bending)?

I want to bend aluminium rod in sharp angle without (a little) diameter deformationWhat kind aluminium I must use?

Answer:

I would suggest that you bend it around a rounded cornerUse a pair of Vice-Grips clamped on to the bend point to hold the diameter.(Not a good solution, but that's all that comes to mind at the moment.) If it's a hollow tube, it's easier: Find a strong coil spring - like a screen door spring - which fits inside - or outside - the tubeSide the spring down inside the tube, centered on the bend pointActually, this should work for the rod, alsoGet a spring which JUST fits over the rodGood luck!
I would not worry about crankwalkIt is hardly ever seen anymore in the communityIt ALMOST always happens before 90kI would take it for a nice test drive and go on the highway and see how it feels going 75It sounds pretty good and the mainthas been addressedAlso I would just rebuild the 7 boltThere are plenty strong built 7 boltsThe dsmgraveyard can do a 1g rod conversion to the 7bolt and make it just as strongI am going with a build through them with evo9 pistons and 1g rodsstock crank and hoping for 400+ WHP running 11s in the quarter.
