i was fired for stealing an ipad when in fact i had found it?

i had found an ipad that belong to a customer i feel that it was wrong i was with the company for 2yrs i was fired on dec 20 of 2011 can i sue them for wrongful termination what gets me is i was not told or aware that i had to turn somthing in to a manager if i find something in the parking lot

Either you've burned up a belt, or one of the brush rolls end bearings have burned out and locked up. If it 's a belt, it won't be under warranty, as that's a part that wears out normally, although not usually that quickly. They're tough to change on some models, easier on others, depends on what you have. If it's the brush roll end bearing, that should be under warranty. Unfortunately, if you bought it from a mass retailer, like Wal-Mart, Miejer, or some other big department store, they'll most likely refer you to some warranty service shop where you'll have to take the receipt and the vac so they can inspect it.
