Question:

I was fired from my job and they chared me with a civil suit, what can I do and where can I get help?

I worked at Sears as a sales associate. I was fired from my job because they said they had a video of me pocketing 20.00 from the register. They accused me of stealing 310.00 over a 3 month period. Instead of facing criminal prosecution I agreed to pay them the money by 11-11-07. I told them I didn't take that much money and they were like, just make our job easy and we won't call the cops. I was scared as hell so in order to avoid prosecution by the police I signed the promissary note and was escorted off the propert. After a week I recieved a letter from some lawyers stating I needed to pay 464.00 or in 20 days. I have no money,no car ,no bank account. I couldn't pay it so the next month I was to pay them 868.00 in 20 days. I called the lawyers and they said there was a penatly for what I did. I don't know what to do. I know what I did was wrong and I need counciling. I don't want to steal, I know it is wrong and I want help. For now I really need to know how to handel these lawyers?

Answer:

its not a felony if you don't get caught, on advice from my counsel, I am advised to end statement.
maybe if you get caught the moral of the story today: pull it and run like helll
In college I'd pull the fire alarm of the girls dorm at 3;00 am to watch the girls run outside in their pjs. The joke was on me, all the whorish girls were sleeping at their boyfriends. The prudes who stayed behind had giant, fluffy bathrobes. Ah, those were the days.
disconect the positive or red battery cable for 10 to 15 minutes,it might be electrical, unpluging the possitive battery cable resets the computer for all the electrical devices in youre truck.
You can't get in trouble if there really is a fire. *wink* It looks like the paper shredder jammed.
