Question:

Can you sue a company that fires you for having a piercing in your face?

I was sent home today because I have a monroe piercing and as much as I tried to take it out,it wouldn't budge. They claim they told me at orientation that I'd have to take it out but they definately didn't. They barely spoke to me about anything at orientation. Is this right? Everyone there has earrings. Which is the same thing..a piece of metal in your body. So I'm just wondering if someone can get in trouble for this. I mean I've heard of a guy suing mcdonalds for being overweight and winning. So would I have any chance if I did take it to court?

Answer:

100% sure you should go with kneepads..That is a great idea. You are a caring person after all.
Use only mfg recommended colorant for your specific resin. I've already made all the typical mistakes for you!! I once tried paint colorant, concrete colorant, paint, all of it. IF the resin sets after inandating it with forgien compounds the colors were way dull , they faded quick, and in many cases it ruined my resin and the stuff never finished kicking off and was gooey forever. Try the Webste for the maker of your resinIf you must experiment, use small test samples. good luck .
