anyone know a good workout program that requires no machinery?

I work all day in the office and i don't think i might have enough time so i'm trying to workout at home, without having to buy any expensive machinery. And if possible a diet program that comes with it?

f you wanna get in shape i consider a sport but if you cant go to the nearest stadium and do 40 40 yard dashs wish will work your thighs and leg muscles then go no spirts up the stadium which well help your explosion muscles in your legs and calf's. then lie down on your back and put your legs in the air 6 inches high this works your lower abs do 5 reps of 30 seconds and work your way up to a minute after your done with that lift yout legs up 12 to 18 inches up this works the upper abs and also do 5 reps of 30 seconds and work your way up. do 1000 crunches a day and 500 push ups a day but you dont have to do them all together and if you do that every day you should get in shape and also run a couple miles but that is our football team work out 8-0 BABY

Apparently, most people didn't understand that you don't want to lose weight. I don't know any solution for growing breast or make you more curvy, you can eat more calories, but don't overdo it. I think that if you exercise, and eat more protein, you'll have more shapely legs and torso, but it'll do nothing to your chest, although there are exercises than can improve your butt.
