Ok So I‘ve decided against a Cold Air Intake.Now What about a AirForce Throttle Body Spacer? Is that a waste of time and money or do they work?

cold air intake is not a waste of time and money if it is TRUE cold air intake. Most cheap cold air intake kits aren't really cia. They pull hot air from inside the engine compartment. Manufacturers like volant make kits that are enclosed and pull air from the fender and work very well. A throttle body spacer is a $100 paperweight, they are worthless.
