Induced hibernation would be a more likely to be developed first. The cryonic preservation performed on dead people is little more than a joke, the chemicals do not protect against ice crystal damage and the logic that someone would re-animate the corpses is ridiculous. Cold saline hibernation with dogs resulted in 10% with brain damage but the rest seems to have made it. Hydrogen Sulfide analogs were successful with mice but had disappointing results with pigs. DADLE induced hibernation is currently used to preserve organs for transplants. There is also a peptide that is of interest. However, suspended animation doe not defer risk, it only minimizes required supplies, advanced propulsion would make such trips more likely. Titan and Europa would be possible with the Project Orion Nuclear Pulse Propulsion Space Ship but today's high tech world makes the use of such a vessel very expensive to our technology due to the EMP and X-rays. Both Titan and Europa would be difficult to retrieve people from as both are close to the size of Earth so the return vehicle must be quite large and well fueled. They're more likely to be explored with surrogate androids controlled from orbit than actually landed on by people.

You could try Craigslist, just put that you want pots. be sure to state gardening pots because you might get some strange responses. Also, try asking around at nurseries, or even on the roadside in people's trash. You don't need cryogenics to get to Titan or Europa.The space craft we've been sending out there are coasting on inertia. If you build a craft which can boost at 1 G all the way there (you have to reverse the thrust half way) the time frame becomes months not years.To get to mars at its closest approach would take about 14 days at 1 G .
