I just bought one and I have the charger that came with the laptop, but can I use the old charger with the new battery?
I have a lenovo R61 and i didn't have to but it depends on the AC Adapter and the battery like mine is 90w and 20w witch matches my battery.
of course,you don't have to buy New Charger.its fit your laptop.Nothing to do with the battery
you need to check whether the charger is compatible with the battery you purchased bably it works.i replaced my compaq's battery and my charger works fine with it
