Question:

If I eat fibre after eating fruits, won't their nutrients quickly poop out?

I eat fruits/veggies followed by corn which has alloota fibre in itIn just an hour it all comes out sooo my concern is that is there enough time for the body to absorb the vitamins and minerals from the fruits/veggies, because the high-fibre corn quickly moves through the digestive tract!?Am I pointlessly eating corn directly afterwards? :P

Answer:

peers are people like youPossibly scientists.
there is water soluble fiber and water insoluble fiber - one makes you go soon the other adds bulk and helps you go later
It means it's been reviewed by your peers as in other scientists in your field.
Sometimes peer reviews are a necessary requirement when turning in your papersBasically, another student reviews your paper and writes edits or suggestions on it.
Peer reviewed means that other researchers in the same field have looked at a paper for credibility and quality.
