If I'm lost in the woods how do I build a fire with no lighter or matches?

Answer:

fire pumper trucks hooking up to hydrants is the number 1 source of backflow! they create enough suction to actually suck the water out of your house. if you happened to open your hot water tap in your house, run your laundry machine, or dishwasher etc. you would have allowed air to be sucked into the system, allowing the hot water to run right back out of your main to the street! a partially filled hot water tank, gas or electric, should NEVER be used when partially filled. electric elements will burn out when not submersed, and the heat exchanger will over heat and break on a gas HWT. backflow prevention is a serious matter that (sadly) has not been realized by many municipalities. i am currently proposing a backwater prevention plan to my town council in hopes of preventing any injuries, damage, or DEATH due to this serious issue. good for you for connecting the two events! this is possible!
An active X control is used in web sites to run a program on client machine. It may be a virus which may try to execute on your machine. So many anti-virus programmes cleans out active-x. You should be prompted to install an active-x when its required and you can then install that.
