Ifoud some tin paper and a cable with two sides and i was wondering if it would run electricity i want to hear before i feel.

Are you baking at a higher altitude? If so, you use a little more flour - it should say how much on your recipeIf you haven't done so, try whipping your eggs and other wet ingredients up separately first before adding to the dryYou may need to adjust your cooking times for your oven (a little less time in the oven)Try adding a titch more baking powder/soda (which ever your recipe calls for).
parchment paper is great makes cleanup quickas for adding more flour don't it will make the cookies denseYou can keep re-using the paper till you use up your dough, chilling the dough is a good thing and also you want to get a good ice cream scoop a 2/3 or 1 oz a restaurant supply store such as SMART AND FINAL there only $13 the cheep ones will break.
check recipe should say if cookie sheet is to be treated or not depending on type dropped,molded or rolled etcalso certain shortenings seem to have a lower melting temp and best used in pastryI like the parchment paper for fast release and clean up but I am thinking the silicone sheets may be better still and I dislike the non stick because they can scratch so easy.
Yes it works fine with all cookies even the pre-made kindAs an alternative, you can buy a silicone baking sheet which can be used over and over again and help prevent burningI purchased my at a restaurant supply, but bought them as gifts at Target for about 10 bucksIn the end it would be cheaper to use the baking sheets instead of the parchmentI'm not a professional, but that would be my suggestion for an ordinary home baker.
Sorry, your terminology is so bad I can't understand your questionTin paper? do you mean aluminum foil? run electricity ? what does this mean? in the middle of two cables ? what does this mean? If you don't understand electricity, and you don't, stay away from it.
