Question:

If somebody else on the road got a video of me (and possibly my plates) speeding, will I get a ticket?

I usually go down this long 55 mph stretch of road (single lane) going 60 or 65 (hey, it's Kansas..) anyways, I pass an old guy going 52 mph or so. As I get to the stop light first, I notice in the rear view mirror that he's taking video of me and my plate . He goes into the left turn lane beside me, still taking a video with his phone pointed right at me. My question is, could I get a ticket, and if so, are there phone laws that will support my side and make his accusation worthless? Also, if he just reports my plate forgoing the vid and I do eventually get a ticket, is there some way I can bring him down with me?

Answer:

Well your idea is quite fabulous but you really need some bright ideas to make your tshirt as appeal of attractions. Your edited designs are quite impressive but it needs some more changes.
No. Cups make it hard to move, and if the cup slides out of position, the player can kiss his manhood goodbye.
