If there are micro voids in a plastic component, would that be considered as a manufacturing fault?

A manufacturer supplied plastic pipe fittings that cracked after installation. On examination, we found the parts has numerous micro voids.The mfr claimed that the part's micro voids were formed due to application of excessive force during installation. Would that really be possible?

UTI. Go to the doctor and get some antibiotics to treat that sucker before it gets worse.
printed bar codes that come with the product are not connected to the alarm system in any way and will not set off the alarm. you should put the magnetic strips on the make up too, or you're going to be losing a lot of sales
