Question:

If you can answer my question I will consider you the smartest person in all of yahoo answers)?

For a science experiment you need to electroplate a 538-nm-thick zinc coating onto both sides of a very thin, 4.82 cm × 4.82 cm copper sheet. You know that the charge carries in the ionic solution are divalent (charge 2e) zinc ions. The density of zinc is 7140 kg/m3. If the electroplating apparatus operates at 1.6 mA, how long will it take the zinc to reach the desired thickness? Impress me :)

Answer:

well, first i think you need to put the sodium hydroxide into the 538 nm thick zinc and the charge of the ionic particles will somehow measure the type of the electroplating electron. i have no idea of what im talking about!
copper pipes, due to its property compare to plastic, copper pipes has higher strength than plastic, it is workable also and cannot easly destroy due to high pressure and velocity of water , if properly installed, i think there will be no problem regarding links after 30 years of service.
Always use copper if possible. We had plastic in our house and had everything replaced with copper. It also depends on your building codes in your area.
well it is pretty simple if you calculate it. since there is 538nm thick zinc you just look at the periodic table and find zinc, and blah blah blah my head exploded! D:
Copper pipes---definitely for water pipes. Just did a remodel and it was well worth it !!
