i would suggest bringing the speed down to maybe 2200 or 21 and putting a wet cloth near your work on your peice because first aluminum does not rust and second it gets hot fast! so yah put a wet cloth there and it will cool it off and stop the heat from radiating so much and or course just take it slow and wait a minute or two in between runs.
I would check the manufactures specsIt does not sound unreasonably high for carbide, especially high performance coated onesUnless you have an enclosed CNC and can blast the coolant in stuff is going to get warm.
