Question:

If you yank the plug of the toaster (before turning it off) while it's still on, does it ruin the machinery?

I want to know if while you're toasting something and you tank the plug out of the outlet before turning it off, does it ruin the machinery?

Answer:

Since you or someone you know onviously did that (unless your like really random) the best way to find out is a: plug in the toaster. B:turn it on. If it turns on then no it does not ruin it
It depends. Are you actually yanking it out or are unplugging it by holding onto the plug, not the cord? Yanking on a cord will eventually kill it or turn it into a fire hazard. Properly unplugging a toaster while it's on is okay.
I have done it a couple times (to stop my toast from getting too dark) and my toaster did not get ruined. I don't think it is ideal but if necessary do it..you're not taking a huge risk.
