Im bored with my life, is this a sign of stress or depression?

i have recently become bored with my life or maybe it's just because i haven't been outside and meeting up with my friends in a couple of weeks, do you think this is a sign for stress or depression, im also waking up at very early time's in the morning for some reason as well

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 3 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg 2 large eggs, at room temperature 1 1/4 cups milk, at room temperature 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus more as needed In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and nutmegIn another bowl, beat the eggs and then whisk in the milk and vanilla Melt the butter in a large cast iron skillet or griddle over medium heat Whisk the butter into the milk mixtureAdd the wet ingredients to the flour mixture, and whisk until a thick batter is just formed Keeping the skillet at medium heat, ladle about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet, to make a pancakeMake 1 or 2 more pancakes, taking care to keep them evenly spaced apartCook, until bubbles break the surface of the pancakes, and the undersides are golden brown, about 2 minutesFlip with a spatula and cook about 1 minute more on the second sideServe immediately or transfer to a platter and cover loosely with foil to keep warmRepeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter to the skillet as needed Procedure for adding fruit to pancakes: Once the bubbles break the surface of the pancakes, scatter the surface with sliced or diced fruit, or chocolate chips, nuts, etcFlip with a spatula and cook for 1 minute more, being careful not to burn toppings.
If this persists, I would consider seeing someone about the possibility of depression, but if this isn't typical or long term behavior for you, then it's probably just a normal plateauI have depression but I started withdrawing when I was 12 and just withdrew further and further over time, but most of my friends have short bouts of what you're describing and then get back on trackTake some time to reflect on what you feel is missing from your life and what you think you needMaybe you need to get away for a weekend, maybe you need a change in careerOr there's also seasonal affective disorder, which can make you feel depressed during certain seasons and changing of the seasonsIf it's just been a couple weeks, I would work on some self-analysis first and if it persists, then talk to your doctor or a psychotherapist.
