Answer:

Steve D and Maria Posam have good answersThere are rigid fiberglass boards that can be fastened to the inside of the door Word of caution: Most areas have building codes that require you to cover any and all foam insulation with a fire resistant material such as drywall If you are unlucky enough to have a fire in your garage, the foam will gasify, then the gas will suddenly ignite in a flash-over (explosion) if it is not protected properly with a non-combustible material such as drywallEven though Foam board is light weight, the extra weight of the insulation will require your door spring to be adjusted or replaced with a stronger oneBy your query, your garage door is a sectional panel door, not a one piece doorSectional Panel Garage Doors: When the door opens, each panel must individually travel around the curved track which means that allowance must be built into the insulation panels to prevent binding and damaging the insulationTo insulate between the sectional panels without restricting the operation of the door is more difficultFibreglass insullation held in place with heavy plastic vapour barrier is one methodThe fibreglass and vapour barrier will both flex while the door panels go around the curved track.
With the insulating board made from fiberglass and aluminumThey cut with a box knife and you can glue or tape them to the door panelsGarage doors do not insulate wellIf you do a good job cutting the board you won't have any gaps but those can be sealed with spray foam Us a strait edge to cut your linesLike a long metal rulerBut if this door is going to be used you will have cracks where air will go in and out If you come up with at way to retrofit a door to close those seams and still be able to use the door you could make a fortune.
