Im takeing iron(im anemic) am i takeing to much?

I just started taking iron tablets. Im suppose to take one a day at breakfast. (im anemic)Im using the Solgar Gentle Iron 25mg tablets.Im 15 and a female. Is this to much iron for me to take???
